Nursery Manager

I joined Monkey Puzzle shortly after it opened and have been proud to grow my career within the Monkey Puzzle family ever since. I began as a Nursery Practitioner before progressing to Third in Charge, gaining strong experience across all rooms and operational areas. I am now stepping into the role of Trainee Nursery Manager at Monkey Puzzle Timperley, excited to lead an already established and high performing team. As a new mum, my own experiences strongly influence my decision making, particularly around early baby development, care, and communication with families. I am passionate about creating warm, nurturing environments where children feel secure, supported, and inspired, while driving excellence throughout the nursery and building trusting relationships with families.
