Operations Manager

My journey in Early Years began as a Nursery Practitioner, where I developed a deep commitment to high quality care and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development. 

Over time, this dedication led me into the Nursery Manager role, a role that strengthened my leadership skills and broadened my understanding of what truly makes a nurturing, well run setting.

I have been part of Monkey Puzzle Timperley since its opening, initially as Nursery Manager and now as Operations Manager across both Monkey Puzzle Timperley and Monkey Puzzle Altrincham.

In this role, I work closely with our Directors and senior teams to ensure our nurseries run smoothly, safely and with a consistent focus on excellence. 

As a parent of three young children, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, helping us create environments where families feel supported and children thrive.
